E-Mail Confirmation Terms
Once order for a comic has been placed, customers will receive a confirmation e-mail including dispatch details such as a tracking number & delivery address, as well as transaction details.

14-day return policy: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any item from your order, you have 14 days (from the date received) to return the item in its original state. Postage fee incurred upon return of any item is non refundable. This cost must be covered by the customer, if one chooses to return any product.

Another point to be noted is that photographs have been taken of each comic prior to dispatch in order to record the original state of each issue as sold. If you decide to return the comic(s), it must be in the original state as pictured, or else a refund shall automatically be declined.

All refunds are strictly to our discretion only and are not an unconditional guarantee as they are in place to look after genuine clients. This means we do not offer a refund on any discounted items or damaged items (i.e. failing to match the photographs). Please note that refunds will not be offered for any or all reasons. All refunds items must reach us within the 14 day specification, failure to do so will automatically disqualify you from this process.

Metstar Comics reserve the right to increase prices on our website without notice. Metstar Comics reserve the right to cancel orders where we feel it is appropriate without any liability to ourselves.
